Business process modeling (BPM) is the process of representing business processes of an enterprise, so that the current process can be analyzed, modeled, improved, and automated. We use business process tools and list to document and review existing processes.

We work with businesses subject matter experts (SME) within your business, who have specialized knowledge of the business processes being modeled.  Or we derived models from any available business events, data or logs.

Our objective is to increase process speed, reduce cycle time; increase quality or service.  Or to reduce costs, such as labor, materials, wastage, or capital costs.
